Mobile Banking gives you access to your accounts through the TouchBanking app, your mobile browser, or via text message.

Mobile Banking is available to our customers who are currently enrolled in Online Banking.

Mobile Banking is safe and secure with multiple layers of authentication.

Mobile Deposit

Our Mobile Banking offers the service of mobile deposit.  Deposit your check securely with your smart phone.

  • Endorse the back of your check and include "Mobile Deposit" below your endorsement.
  • Log in to the "TouchBanking" app.
  • Select "Deposit" and "Deposit Check".
  • Choose the account for deposit and enter the amount.
  • Take a photo of the front of the check against a clear background.  Ensure the entire check is visible.  Repeat for the back of the check.
  • Confirm your deposit and later check the status of the deposit.
  • Review the deposit to your account the following business day.

TouchBanking FAQ

TouchBanking is part of First State Bank's Mobile Banking platform. It is an app available to download to your smartphone. It gives you full access to your accounts at First State Bank anywhere, anytime. 

1. To use the TouchBanking app, you must be enrolled in our Online Banking program. If you are not enrolled, then call us at 651-565-3331 or stop in and see one of our Customer Service Reps to sign up.

2. Download the TouchBanking app from the iTunes store for your Apple phone or from the Google Play store for your Android phone.

No. One of the multiple security features of TouchBanking is that none of your personal or account information is stored on your phone.

The TouchBanking app is currently available for iPhones and Android phones. The app is not available for Tablets, Blackberry phones or Windows phones. However, you can still access your account through the browser on these devices.
